4. Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is approved for return, we will proceed with the refund process.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • Skyking Instruments may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product’s purchase price in some cases.
  • This fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and restocking costs.

7. Manufacturer’s Warranty:

  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are encouraged to follow the warranty claim process directly with the manufacturer.
